The Naturist Action Committee carefully monitors lawmaking at the state and provincial level across North America. To augment its continent-wide network of volunteer Board Members and Area Representatives, NAC employs a professional bill tracking service for U.S. legislation.

In states requiring even more intense monitoring, NAC uses a sophisticated proprietary computer program called NOTICE, the N aturist Online Transfer, Inspection,and Classification Engine. Developed and customized for NAC's use by Naturist computer expert Mark Schroeder, NOTICE has proven to be an invaluable in-house tool that often gives NAC an exclusive edge of 2 - 5 legislative days over those who rely on commercial bill services alone. Because it has been specially designed to identify Naturist issues, NOTICE allows NAC to identify potential threats that commercial services just don't catch at all.
